An EU Authorised Representative is a natural or legal person based in the European Union who is appointed by a non-EU manufacturer to act on their behalf in ensuring product compliance with EU legislation. The AR is the official point of contact for EU authorities and consumers.
If you are a manufacturer located outside the EU/EEA and wish to sell CE-marked products in the EU, most EU regulations require you to appoint an AR. Without an AR, your products may be stopped at customs, removed from the market, or you may face legal penalties.
The AR requirement applies to many products regulated under specified harmonisation legislation alongwith spesific legislations.
As your AR, we:

An AR does not:
Manufacture your product
Perform laboratory testing (unless contracted separately)
